Can I commit to Field Day monthly, or just annually?
Field Day offers annual plans.
Do I need to purchase a seat for every employee in my company?
No, you are not required to include all employees in your annual plan. You may, for example, purchase users based on the number of employees you expect to participate in your volunteer program (as members of your Team on Field Day).
If participation exceeds expectations (yay!) and you need to add more users, that's no problem. We'll send you an invoice for prorated seats at the standard rate, based on the remainder of your billing cycle.
What if I need to add more members to my Team midway through the year?
We'll send you an invoice to cover additional users added at $129 per user, prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
Here's an example: Say your contract runs from January 1 to December 31. On July 1 (halfway through the year), additional users will be $64.50 per seat (half the price of a user). On September 1, additional users will be $32.35 per seat.
