Each September, the Field Day staff participate in our namesake "Field Day", a full day of creative inspiration and camaraderie. Account Director Michelle Devan organizes the agenda which is kept secret until the morning of the event.
This year, we started our day at JS Bonbons on Dupont Avenue for a hands-on chocolate-making session. We plunged in (literally) to the liquid chocolate and rolled, dipped and squeezed out a variety of treats including chocolate baskets, chocolate-dipped strawberries and truffles. Unfortunately, due to our lack of will-power, much of our handiwork didn't survive the day – one of the drawbacks of edible artwork. But it sure tasted good. Les bonbons, ils sont bons!
