I recently stumbled upon a site called The Designers Mixtape, which features mixes from people in the design industry, based on what they listen to while they work. Each "issue" contains a maximum of seven tracks and the featured Designer contributes cover art for the mix as well.
As you would expect the musical taste is varied and rarely mainstream. For anyone looking to broaden their musical spectrum, there is a good sampling of styles here. The site is straightforward and easy to navigate and if you enjoy a certain designer's mix you can follow links to their respective site and check out their work as well.
On the left are a few samples of the mixtape artwork created for each issue.
